#4 Fair Use...

"Fair use is a defense against infringment." I took that from a website.. i find irony in that. Anyways, fair use is basically allowing someone to critique articles or posts or anything one puts on the internet without asking for permission. The fine line with fair use is when individuals begins to lose revenue. After visiting a Creative Commons website I learned that it allows authors, scientists, artists, and educators the option to lable their work with the freedoms they want to carry. This is cool because this way they can change it from "all rights reserved" to "some rights reserved."

#3 Website I plan to create

My friends and I like to play basketball. We like to play 3-on-3 tournaments against each other - most of the time for money. The biggest problem is finding time for everyone to get together so I've decided to create a website in order to get some sort of order to make it easier for my everybody to communicate. Within the website I will create tournaments for basketball, baseball, curb ball, basically anything we can get competitive about. The content will cover the specifics of the tournaments including events, dates, times, price of tournament, teams playing, along with a discussion board so we can talk to each other.

2--> Favorite websites

A website I enjoy a lot is orisinal. This is a great site to play free, uncomplicated games online. It’s easy to navigate; there are few words so navigating is by simply clicking on the icons that interest you. It’s nice to get on this site for a few minutes every now and then to kill some time and get away from homework and work for a little bit.
I like this next website because it’s a site that allows me to listen to a variety of music for free and legally. The site is called, mercora, and is cool because they permit me to sample music before I go out and buy the latest CD. I also like the site because it’s easy to navigate. There is a lot of interesting information about the bands bio which I enjoy reading. Another thing I enjoy about the website is how you can watch music videos the artist has released.
The Facebook is a site I find myself on a lot. I like the way they allow user’s to post pictures and comments to each other. It’s an easy way to stay in contact with people I don’t get to chat with that often in my day to day routine. I think it’s easy to navigate, almost too easy, I often find myself on someone’s profile and have no clue how I ended up there.
